Terms & Conditions

Store Hours:
We are open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST.

Pricing:
Prices and specifications listed are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for errors in photos or typos. Unless otherwise noted any special or coupons will be valid for a maximum of 30 days.

Payment:
Payment is due at time of order. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Company checks require bank clearance prior to shipment. Open account (invoice) must have prior approval and and a signed and approved credit app. on file. (please contact our customer service to request a credit app. to be emailed to you.)

Sales Tax:
Timber Graphic Products is required by law to have a valid resale permit for all customers that wish to purchase items without sales tax. A resale card is available upon request and must be in our possession at the time of non-taxable purchase.

Returns:
Items that are eligible for return must be in the same condition, and in the original packaging as when we shipped.
Return items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Drop Ship orders are subject to restocking fees determined by the vendor.
All returned items must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number outside the box.
Refunds may be issued as store credit at the discretion of Timber Graphic Products.
Any defects, shortages, or damage must be reported to Timber Graphic Products within 7 days of receipt.
There are no returns after 30 days.
Unless there is an error on our part, no shipping charges are refundable.

Warranty:
All products are determined to be suitable for use by the user. All statements, technical information, and recommendations given by Timber Graphic Products are based upon tests believed to be reliable, but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the products for their own use.
We will honor the manufacturers technical evaluation of the suspected material and at no such time will we be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
No salesman, representative, or agent of Timber Graphic Products is authorized to give any guarantee, warranty, or make any claims contrary to the above.
